Bookings - All prices are per person per room per night including breakfast & VAT at 20%.
**We do not normally take single night bookins at weekends, however sometimes they do become available. Please call for availability.
A deposit of up to one third of the booking value is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-let.
Room Damage - We reserve the right to apply an exceptional cleaning charge, when a room is rendered unusable for 24 hours during your stay.
Smoking - We are an entirely non smoking establishment. We reserve the right to charge double B&B rates for anyone who smokes in a bedroom.

Bookings must be made by telephone and accompanied by a valid credit card. Upon cancellation the first nights payment will be taken on all bookings, unless the room is relet.
